If it is not, right-click on your Toolbox and select 'select customize Toolbox,' then scroll down and check 'Micorsoft DataGrid Control Version 6.0 (OLEDB).' Once this is out of the way, simply select 'add reference' from the project menu. Click the 'browse' button to locate your DC_BindingRecordset10.DLL file, which by default is located in c:\windows\system32.
