Differently from the early releases(v2.0-v2.5-v2.7) of the product, now Mass Mailer is not just an email sending program but an advanced database letting the users to design their own reports, their own Filters about the customers, email addresses, the email logs or anything on the database. After designing a report the users can send it to excel and use excel features to customize the look of the report.
When Sending Emails Mass Mailer can use an external SMTP Server for faster processing or can send the mails one by one for advanced logging system. On a standart telephone lined modem with the 56KBps speed Mass Mailer can send approximately 15000 mails / 1 hour using an email template with a reasonable size. After sending emails the users can examine the logs and find out which emails reached and which emails returned bad. Also with the help of the email and domain validator options Mass Mailer can determine if an email address is valid and if not which action to take after finding an invalid address.
